Cheezz I made the Strawberry Cream Cake for a birthday party I hosted last night. oh my gosh!

SO glad you liked it! Got a little additional hint for that....

My sis and I gave a baby shower for my niece this weekend. We altered the whipped cream filling for that cake - we took a bag of frozen raspberries, thawed them and pressed through a sieve to remove the seeds. Then we reduced the juice down to about 1/4 cup and whipped it into the cream cheese before continuing with the cream filling. We served it with scones instead of the usual clotted cream and the ladies were almost LICKING the bowl!
