I brought them to a party last night. They were a huge hit. I used marscapone and added some of the liquid to the cheese. I served them on a silver platter, garnished the whole platter with crushed pistachios and drizzled some of the left over liquid over it. Looked so pretty! It was the most talked about appetizer served! The flavors were really unusual. It was a nice change for the usual dips / salsa / veggie platters, etc.
