fit 3 boxes.

That seemed silly.

So I opened each box, took out the sealed envelope and crammed 7 of them in, then added the flattened cartons on top.

Much better use of the USPS flat-rate offer, although hubby will have to reseal each box with a dab of glue to store the paper envelopes.

Should get to you early next week.

I already have Ina's cookbook. Actually have 3 of hers. I like her...just made Parmesan-Roasted Broccoli the other day. Added cubed organic garnet yam and one organic russet, sliced thin. Both of those additions went well with the pine nuts, cheese and lemon finish.
