and one of the reasons I like the Cranberry crack, er, ah, cranberry bliss bars is that the frosting is not overly sweet; it's tang and smoothness balances out the texture of the baked bar beneath.

We call 'em "crack" cuz they are so habit-forming!

 
I found them dry and kinda bland... which is why I liked the other version better smileys/smile.gif

 
My friend is a DM for Starbucks and she said they have all the

pasteries made at local bakeries, so maybe that is why they are a bit different all over the country.

 
That would explain a lot! Maybe I'll have to try one around here... even tho I HATE Starbucks smileys/smile.gif
