I made this for supper and thought it was quite good - and pretty.

Not really sure why they call it a taco.

I think I may serve it next week at a casual dinner party.

Holy guac, that does look good. Did you grill on, like, a grill? Because I've been know to set fire

to myself with those and so they aren't currently in my cooking artillery.

haha - yes - well my husband did grill them. Another

recipe from that site that Pat recommends is best cooked in the oven apparently.
