durum wheat and seminola flour, paprika, chili and garlic flavored oil. It's from Italy, came in a box of Italian wine DH ordered. Other than just tossing it with oil and cheese, any suggestions for using it? It's a sort of brick red color.

Sounds wonderful! I would use it for crostini or plain dipping oil for a great crunchy bread

Barb, I did a very poor job of communicating, it's pasta with those ingredients added. I'll edit.

Make a 5-way chili -- meat sauce, cheese, beans, chopped onions and parmigiano reggiano!

Load all on top of that fabulous sounding pasta -- yummy!

Make something up- maybe an avocado cream sauce with cilantro and hunks of grilled chicken?
