Chinese Recipes - Pepper and Shrimp in a Pot

Ingredients:

500g raw medium shrimp

1 Tbsp diced green onion

1 Tbsp diced ginger

1 Tbsp crushed garlic

1 Tbsp diced chili pepper

2 slices of butter.

Seasoning:

3 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine

1 Tbsp ground pepper

dash of salt.

Cooking methods:

Cut head and legs from shrimp, blot dry.

Heat clay pot or casserole at med-hi, melt butter, stir-fry green onion, ginger, garlic, and chili pepper.

Add wine and shrimp, stir-fry for a while, then cover for a few minutes. Add salt and ground pepper.
