I made 4 of these over the weekend and they are beautiful. Used 8 inch foil pans for gift giving
and spread the ganache over just the top since I left them in the pan. Decorated with green spice drop holly leaves(had to flatten and cut out leaves as I couldn't find any) and red spice drops cut in rounds for berries---didn't do the piping, but I have leftover ganache saved and if I make more I'll pipe some on those.
