I made the Cranberry Oatmeal Jumbles that Curious posted at Gail's, and Cyn's Chocolate Truffle cookies. I usually don't get so fussy with my cookies, but these were worth it! BTW, I used almond extract, and they are delish.

Next on the list are Michelle in IL's Millionaire's Shortbreads.

This is more cookies than I have made in a couple of years. You folks have inspired me!

I, too, have been baking, and trying some new cookie recipes from you guys. Thanks! >>

My cookie menu for this year:
Butter jellies, apricot crescents, Christmas wreath cookies, cranberry pinwheels, Santa Claus cookies that someone posted from the Wisconsin butter website, and the chocolate covered cherries that sounded so wonderful. I will finish up tomorrow with the Santa and cherry cookies. Thanks for those last 2 recipes.

ISO: Santa Claus Cookies and Cranberry Pinwheels

Gail,

Could you either post these cookie recipes or point me to them.

TIA
Michelle

These are too cute! I have a similar one called Fat Teddies...

It uses a dough that is first divided and "coloured" - one part with peanut butter the other with chocolate.

Just picked up the mail and received your "surprise"! You couldn't have picked anything

better. It's hazy hot and humid and I told DH we're going to be eating salads for dinner. Racking my brain for something interesting and now I have a bunch to choose from.
Thanks, friend!

For those of you who are curious- It's the Sunset book of Fresh Ways With Salad.

Would love Gale Gand - Just a Bite

Thank you...I'll glad to pay for postage:
