That looks great, Michael! That's along the lines of what I'd like, however,

turkey or ham has been requested. I'm leaning toward turkey, but want to change it up from Thanksgiving-ish stuff.

Actually the move was too close to Christmas...it was tough getting in the spirit with boxes that

don't have pretty paper/pretty ribbons on them still hanging around. But we are getting there. The tree's up, I baked cookies to take to our neighbors who befriended us on the day we moved in. Now if I can just find A Christmas Carol with Alastair Sim or even the musical version with Albert Finney.....
