Christmas Morning Wifesaver (strata) - any harm in doing this the AFTERNOON before?

I think half of Canada makes the Christmas Morning Wifesaver (from the Best of Bridge)for breakfast Christmas day. It's always done before going to bed, but I'd like to get the thing out of the way this afternoon.http://www.bestofbridge.com/2010/11/01/christmas-morning-wife-saver/

I don't think any harm will befall it....

Any strata I've ever made could take a couple more hours in the fridge without any ill effects.
