So I splurged and bought preserved lemons and what looks like really good harissa for a Christmas gift. Now I'm ready (or will be soon) to try them out. Does anyone have favorite recipes that would use these Moroccan ingredients? Thanks.

charlie's moroccan fried chicken sounds just wonderful. I hardly fry anythng anymore though. wondering if just browning the chicken and then finishing in the oven would work. the flavors would still be there.
