Makes 10 biscuits
3 C (15 oz) AP flour
4 tsp sugar
1 TBL baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1.25 tsp table salt
2 C heavy cream, warm! (95-100 degrees)
2 TBL unsalted butter, melted (for brushing on top; optional)
Heat oven to 450 degrees
Place rack in upper third of oven
Whisk dry ingredients
Stir in warm cream
Spray 1/3 C dry cup with vegetable spray and scoop batter. Set 2" apart.
Bake 10-12 minutes
Brush hot biscuits with butter.
Reheat at 300 degrees for 10 minutes
