ripe mango, maybe Real Paycheck!

 
I really want to make this, too, but I can't find any good mangoes. They're all from Mexico, and

they're all tasteless. If you make this, let me know how it turns out! Or better yet, invite me for dinner!

 
Meryl, this was a wonderful recipe! I really loved it, and the salsa I could just eat with a spoon,

and DID! Got 3 meals out of this, including a brunch for a friend this morning - this salsa is wonderful on huevos rancheros by the way.

It is a keeper for sure!


Oh, and the mangoes I found at WF were from Mexico but really ripe and flavorful. delicious!

 
Just switched my black bean salad to this one for an upcoming barbecue..

will report back. Barbecue is still a week away.
