Since the weather's turned chilly, I've started cooking soup once a week. Something about this soup caught my eye, and boy am I glad it did!
I used low salt broth and low salt soy sauce feel they're absolutely necessary. The soup base is a little salty, but once you add the noodles, it's perfect. This soup will be on regular rotation.
