Don't know how much Spanish you speak. My sister teaches alternative high school.
She walked into class the other day and one of the little girls was eating leche quemada. My sister said "Oh, you're eating penuche. I love penuche!" The kids thought my sister was saying she was eating PANOCHA and things got very quiet & eyes got very big in class until she explained what she was talking about and they told her what panocha means.

I know what it means. Another word to be careful of is the Spanish word for a conch shell.
