Cold brew coffee - question about this recipe: I am assuming I leave the steeping

coffee out on my counter - it does not say refrigerate...should I leave it out at room temp for the 8 hour brew time?

Can you tell I am off my kitchen game? smileys/smile.gif

A few more recipe comparisons tells me it should be out a room temp. If you know any different, please chime in.

I have always left it out at room temperature while it brews.

But immediately store it in the fridge when it is done.

We like it! I did brew longer than suggested by DD because I

kept it in the fridge. I also did two 1/2 batches using only one of their big coffee pouches. Colleen
