Conversion needed for 1 1/2 pounds mixed salad greens

Does anyone know how many cups this would be? The Joy of Cooking equivalents chart doesn't have it.

I think that 1 pound of mixed greens equals 12 loose cups.

I can't swear to that though, just seems to me that I've read that somewhere.
