What cookbooks are on your Christmas wish list?

My list:

Dashi and Umami: The Heart of Japanese Cuisine by Cross Media

Washoku: Recipes from the Japanese Home Kitchen by Elizabeth Andoh

A Return to Cooking by Eric Ripert, Michael Ruhlman

You could just go to NPR and find it I guess.

 
To do the link "thingy", paste the address (aka URL) into the box marked "Link URL".

That box is below the "message box" where you usually type a response. Just scroll down a little further and you'll see what I'm talking about. Once you copy or type the URL there, it will put a "LINK" on the board which will be clickable.

 
What have you heard about this cookbook? I know you like to cook and are an excellent cook
