Cookbook counsel needed! All opinions respected!

Hi all. I have been reading online recipes from Marshall Field's in Chicago. I collect cookbooks, and actually try many recipes, and I noticed MF's has a cookbook. But... for the price I would like some idea of what I would be getting, or if this is not really a cookbook for me. I spent all my Christmas money, but if Santa leaves me $50, I might like to have this! TIA.

Angie...thanks for the heads up. I just bought a copy. My mom used to take treks in to the city

and her trip was not complete unless she went for lunch at Marshall Fields. My mom was deliriously happy when I moved to Chicago...and worked on Michigan Avenue!

I have a feeling she and I will both need a copy of this book. smileys/smile.gif

Totally. My folks moved from IL to FL last year, I'm I heading down to FL for Christmas this year.
