Thanks, Traca. Looks promising. The one-day class isn't hands-on, but she says she can

arrange that. Faith Willinger also gives a one-day class that sounds pretty intensive. I took a class from Sharon Oddson (ex of Trattoria Garga) one visit, and that was fun. Judy's week-long trips to places like Sicily sound great, but that's for next time.
