I would like my juice with rum please. I love your menus. btw you can get some shredded

coconut for the vanilla ice cream and toast it. yum!

Oh My!~ Wonderful Menus! If you are targeting tourists, I would suggest

adding descriptive adjectives under the "course".....ie what type of fruit juice...(guessing, local mango, etc...), describing what a sev noodle is, ((I am just wearing my Marketing Hat!))

I am sure the menu will be a big hit, the descriptions will allow the participants to "bring home the experience" to describe to friends and family!
I wish you much success!~ So sorry that I will not be able to attend!~

Best,
Barb

joanie, this sounds like a lot of food to prepare for one class. just wondering how you will fit it

all in.

Ang the 1st menu....

I have had5 classes so far and it all works very well, I am nervous about tomorrows class as it is a repeat group and they want something different... my main concern is ..today I turn ( OH, you know...another BIG O) and all day I took off to use my DD's Christmas gift of face/body massages and so I threw in hair as well...from 9.30am - 3.30pm...so I have not had a chance to prep much this time...really worried as we are eating at my other DD's tonight....whew...
I could not turn this class down, I really need it....
The second menu seems to be really a little to do so I have a rotis lesson waiting in the wings should we need to do them....

Barb...all interested parties give me a call or email before hand...

I then explain or send them info about the dishes.....what I have put up here are hopefull a menu that sounds intrigueing enough (possibly interesting sounding enough) to warrent a phone call for a booking.
