I don't buy it every month, but my August issue is in black and white? Is this normal?? I am laughing because they are showing a picture of a tomatillo vs one that is too yellow, and its all in black and white - )Except the cover_

Have I lost my mind, or is it ALWAYS in black and white???

Well, in that case, the "yellow" tomatillo looks a lot like the ripe "green " one.............

 
It's a bit off-putting, isn't it? However, their website is in color. I learned about green vs

yellow tomatillos awhile back, I never knew it made a difference. Also that the husk should be tight. The ones in markets here probably aren't that fresh. When I lived in Texas, a friend made a fresh salsa from tomatillos he had grown and it was so delicious.
