This one is very good on fish tacos: Baja Cream

Baja cream:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon (packed) finely grated lime peel
Pinch of salt

I guess you could thin it down as much as you want.
