Well, okay, but if I want hair-like metal shavings in my cereal, I'll do it myself, thank you very much... Why can't companies just admit: "We screwed up, the motor fell into a giant batch, and we're really sorry. Call us for a refund. We value your business."

Not that I had a grim retail encounter today (of the non-Craisins variety), or anything.

Thanks Erin, we use them often, as well. As far as the franments not causing any problems

that is bunk. What about a baby who snacks on them ingesting fragments.....or anyone!
