Pomegranate seeds with cauliflower

Can imagine finely chopped red pepper but not pomegranate seeds. I love both - will have to make and try smileys/wink.gif Thanks for sharing! Colleen

 
The pomegranate would add such a nice splash of color--and texture and tart bite. They make

a wonderful addition to a green salad along with diced pomegranate, and a nice vinaigrette. Colorful and flavorful.
