I was opening an email from a cr card company noting that it had to do with online and in-the-kitchen, thinking, what a great idea to have chefs do online interactions with clients, who pay for their services, to guide them through the preparation of dishes or meals. In fact, without spending the time reading it all, I think that is what it is about, and thought what highly creative thinking for restaurants that are losing their shirts for lack of customers.
Perhaps one benefit to this pandemic is that more people will become comfortable in the kitchen.
