Hi Janet, I didn't have any left, I didn't have enough Barbecue sauce to make more. Also
only had the equivalent of half a chicken, so I made 1/3 the recipe and that was plenty. I think it would be good with pork or sausage, probably a little sweet for beef? You could also freeze it for the next time you want to make chicken. I'm glad you liked it. One would never know it started with bottled sauce, would they?
