Curious, I made the Jambalaya that you posted today and I think it will

DS made this for lunch yesterday, and it was delicious!

He used brown rice, (brown jasmine) so the cooking time had to be increased. Polish kielbasa and wild gulf shrimp, no ham. Oh, my it was GOOD!

 
Btw, James Villas had a jambalaya recipe in FC awhile back and discussed the difference between

creole and cajun jambalaya. He said his recipe would be creole because it didn't have tomatoes. I thought it was the other way around?
