the only thing I did different was use arugula instead of the watercress. Used Sterling Sauv Blanc in the recipe and in my glass, so pretty and soooooo good.

smooches nan. i don't know how i missed it first time around...

my a#1 sweetie loves scallops and i don't fix them nearly enough.

i'm thinking that kit and caboodle over a bed of one of the lundberg rice mixes would be acceptable.

 
Me too. That's on for tonight as well. I have the hugest scallops I've ever seen. Unfortunately

they were frozen (nothing like the harvested-that-morning variety from the Bay of Fundy) but the prices are terrific right now.

 
You're welcome, so nice others are enjoying it, I like Cooking Light, but the recipes are usually

less light when I'm finished with them!
