Curious1, I made this soup yet again last night: White Bean, Sausage and Kale Soup

which you first posted. I had kale in the garden and some dried navy beans to use up. (not quite as good as the cannellini called for, but good enough.)

I can't tell you how many times I have made this recipe. So nice on a cold night.

Glad you like it. It has evolved here, I use andouille instead of Italian sausage and have subbed

Potatoes for beans on occasion. Also cut veggies in a larger dice and cook longer.
