Hawaiian Chicken

6 servings

2 cups barbecue sauce

1/4 cup wine vinegar

1 teaspoon rosemary

1 teaspoon oregano

1 large clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup brown sugar

Juice of 1 lemon

3 pounds chicken, cut up

2 cups pineapple chunks

1 cup mandarin oranges

1 cup slivered almonds

Mix barbecue sauce, vinegar, rosemary, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Add chicken and marinate overnight.

Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 300 Degrees F. During final 15 minutes of baking, add pineapple, oranges, and almonds.

Going to make this over the week-end. Easy and sounds delicious.
