It's been a blast. My favorite recipe so far is the kimchee-creamed greens I posted earlier. It is great made with spinach although some changes had to be made to account for the shorter cooking time and softer texture. I'm happy to share any of the recipes - here's the list:

I was traveling and missed the last 2 Saturdays but am looking forward to getting back to it this week. I haven't figured out what new recipes I'll be taking but they will likely be something I am already making as I won't have time to test and tweak anything new. I think a couple salad dressings and an asparagus casserole, maybe a spinach and potato dish.
