I made the jelly with rosemary and gewurtztraminer. It is sooo good. Thank you both!
I am taking it with me this weekend to a getaway in Williamsburg, 16 of us. One of my assignments is appetizers for Sat dinner. So, I thought I would do filo cups with a cube of brie, warmed in the oven, topped with this jelly and baguette topped with goat cheese and an oven dried tomato half. Food is simple because we have to have plenty of time for outlet shopping and hot tubbing!
