I made a tray this morning for a no-school playdate at a friend's house (both parents and kids loved them). I then made a double batch this evening -- one for us, one for neighbors who helped us shovel snow and ice -- and was baking, and talking on the phone and forgot to add the milk to the batter! What I got was more gooey than the batch following the directions (why would leaving out milk make it more gooey?) -- but once topped with the frosting, apparently tasted like molten chocolate cake. My hubby loved the brownies this morning and my mistake batch this evening! Thanks for a keeper.
