I made a batch yesterday and could have lifted the entire 12x18" sheet out of the pan.

Key tricks: I used a Sipat rather than parchment paper on the bottom. Then I laid another Silpat on top and put another 12x18" cookie pan on top and press down hard. The entire batch came out perfectly flat & even and I could break it into chunks as big as I wanted.

(cue crazy laughter): HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I HAD TOTAL MIND-ALTERING CONTROL OF ALL GRANOLA CHUNKS!!!!!

ah, okay....thank you.

I just started adding more nuts and seeds in my granola and

John loves it. Along with slivered almond and rough chopped pecans I started adding in pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and wheat germ. They are really nice in it. Glad you found a perfect granola.

Oh, I have to make this. I just love the chinky cherry almond from Whole Paycheck.

I unfortunately scarf it down like oatmeal cookies.

Glad you like it! I stir it into yogurt for my evening snack I'd really rather have

a chocolate cupcake smileys/frown.gif
