What a great story! And thanks for the link to his bio. It brings much of his story together. I

have a tremendous amount of respect for him and if I were an aspiring young chef, I'd make it a point to work with him. He's calm, easy going and yet extremely talented. Great head on his shoulders. I've met a ton of chefs and as far as people go, he's at the top of my favorites. Gracious beyond belief!

I took 6 pages of notes from his bookstore talk I attended. Beforehand I watched that Google talk twice. I got his card for a follow up interview. Cannot wait to talk to him some more. smileys/smile.gif
