Cyn, did you ever try this with Kale? I am getting some Rainbow Kale

from the co-op on Friday. I would love to try this recipe with it. Thanks!

 
Oops- check it and see if it's crunchy. I took some off and put the pan back in for another few

few minutes 'cause I loaded the rack too high. It all worked out well.

 
I am getting Rainbow Chard not kales. Do you think it would work with chard?

It sounds so good and so healthy.

 
Made this again last night. That time & temp are really critical. I did 2 sheets

at a time in the same oven, and left them longer. I got some browning and that's not good. They were still terrific, just not as good as only the 35 minute batch. Also, last time I started them at 400 for about 4 minutes. Last night they went straight in at 250.

And of course when I got up this morning, only half is left.
