there are no amounts for the sugar & the butter in the graham cracker crust and also nothing for the sugar in the sour cream topping. Can you tell me what those should be? Here is a "copy & paste" of your posting. TIA! ==>

Love this cheesecake! Just compared mine to the one you printed and there are some errors so I'll

post the whole thing.

Crust: 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1 stick butter melted

Mix and press on bottom and sides of 9 inch springorm pan.

Filling
3) 8 oz. pkg cream cheese at room temp
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Pour into crust and bake at 350° for 50 min.

Reset oven to 450° and make topping

Mix together
2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Spread on filling. Bake 10 min.
Cool on rack and chill completely before cutting.

Enjoy!

Thanks so very much, CynUpstateNY! I was asked to teach a cheesecake class to a local Herb Club

group of ladies, and I want to start them off with a basic version--yours fit the bill perfectly except for the missing amounts. I certainly do appreciate your re-posting this recipe for me.
