They were a hit with my whole family. Great comfort food!

I subbed Whole Wheat Tortillas (they can't tell the difference) and was a 1/2 cup short on chicken so I added a drained can of black beans and used the whole block of cream cheese.

Two entries for chicken enchiladas in T & T?

I see two entries for Dawn's creamy chicken enchiladas in T & T - are they just different presentations? Any suggestions which would be best for a ladies bridge group lunch?

I am glad you liked them. It's a good way to use up leftover turkey too.

I only saw one entry, but the one posted by Michael in Phoenix is right. If you are serving this for a bridge group, you might try using smaller tortillas. These are very rich enchiladas, and I would plan on one enchilada per serving, especially if you are serving it with a rice pilaf. You could bake these in two smaller baking dishes rather than a large one. This will give you a pan to freeze for the upcoming hectic holiday season. I hope this answers your question.

You shouldn't delete it...

It's a different recipe and sounds good. There is plenty of room for many many enchilada recipes. Don't worry about it, and it shouldn't be deleted. Thanks for the cookbook! Do I have to do anything to my printer to print it out in book form? I started printing it and it was printing each recipe in numberical order, not out of order like a booklet should be. Is there a setting on my printer set-up that I need to change? I have THE worst time with printers. Thanks again for sending it. I want to print it out and put it in my gift baskets for the chocolate lover's on my list.

 
About printing...

I think as long as the document is still in "bookfold" format (and it should be, unless you specifically saved it as NOT being in bookfold format), it should print out ok. Let me know if you still have trouble, ok?
