My husband said this may have been a top 10 fav for this year. I let it marinade all day did it on the grill Moist and VERY flavorful. I'm sitting here eating some for breakfast. I searved it with yellow rice sounds like a strange combo but it was great. Will use this alot. Thanks for sharing.

 
I used the marinade with chicken breasts and although it was good I felt it was missing something.

Next time I'd add a little lemon juice.

 
Or maybe a little rice vinegar as Michael suggested.

I need to get back in the habit of writing down the tweaks I make to recipes. I know when I cook for the teachers and then give them the recipes, they probably think I am withholding something, and they are probably right, not on purpose though, just because I don't remember what I did. lol.

I am trying to remember if I sliced it into slices and then grilled it, or did it whole. I can't remember. I think the yellow rice sounds great with this!
