Dawn...or barb_b - regarding the corn dog muffins at >>

hhhmmm, that is a good question. For ME, it certainly would not

need it, BUT, I did not hear anyone else mention it. (But, recall, I am not a sweet eater). Corn dogs sold at our mall tend to have a sweet crust. So, perhaps just keep it in.

Yesterday, I was just thinking about your cooking adventure.

Good luck with it!

I like a sweet cornbread, so I would leave it in, especially since

these will be mostly for kids. Don't forget the yellow mustard! Have fun!

Well, I made the corn dog muffins - really good! Hubby downed 5. We'll see how they go over tonite

Both were well received but there was soooooo much food that I had lots of both left-made too much!

I always have trouble with that. But, I would rather have too much food, than run out!

It sounds like a wonderful luncheon, cheezz. Are you going to post any pictures? I would love to see them. Good job!

This was for our church Christmas party and I sat down for a total of 5 min during the 5 hours

As I was the food/kitchen genie. Too busy for pics I'm afraid

I am so glad they were a hit. They seem to devoured by all the kids!

I need to try the pizza muffin recipe. (Tx again Dawn for the rec!!)

The second container of egg salad went to a good home....we'd already had our fill smileys/smile.gif

HA! Yes, Carianna posted a link to "egg salad dip" - just did my own recipe mashing up

the whole egg, instead of just the yellow and stuffing the white. SO much easier. Used my pastry blender to make quick work of the chopping.
