Yes, it was very good, I made two chickens, put one in the freezer after putting the spice rub on it
I made 4 times the amount of rub so I could have some on hand. I think I could use it a little spicier though, our family likes spicy. But the chicken was outstanding! I was curious what you thought about putting the rub on a pork roast, so,thanks for your help.
