She doesn't enjoy cooking every night anymore so for the past few years I'v been taking dinner over once or twice a week. She told me the enchiladas were the best meal I ever made! (And I've made some pretty terrific meals- if I do say so myself) She even asked me to print out the recipe so she could make it again soon. Just had to tell you!
