I really like that recipe. I have made a variation on those ingredients resulting in a creamy chicken pasta and creamy chicken soup. I just love those combination of flavors. Thanks for letting me know that you tried it and liked it. It is a great company dish, that can be frozen if you use flour tortillas. In the post above, Barb said she froze the corn tortillas and when they thawed they were mushy.
