Yum! I used flour tortillas, roasted a red pepper over open flame and used Old El Paso green mild enchilada sauce. This is a new product for them. For a mild sauce I thought it had a bit of a kick! Thanks for the recipe!

I really like that recipe. I have made a variation on those ingredients resulting in a creamy chicken pasta and creamy chicken soup. I just love those combination of flavors. Thanks for letting me know that you tried it and liked it. It is a great company dish, that can be frozen if you use flour tortillas. In the post above, Barb said she froze the corn tortillas and when they thawed they were mushy.
