Hi D, it's next Saturday and then my cafe opens on the 26th.
I'm kind of stressing; I have a lot on my proverbial plate right now. I skipped work today and I am just chilling. Starting tomorrow, I go into salsa production and prep for next Saturday. I will let you know how it goes. I went to my last PTO meeting a week ago; I am free!!! smileys/smile.gif
