DawnNYS: remember the Jolly Rancher Vodka post? I made up 2 batches with leftover halloween candy.

Damn, except I can't drink vodka. Am headed down to meet Randi though next week!!! Yipee!

you know, I a new kid here, only since '04, but so many of you guys are friends.

Ang is the only one I have met and wish you all could meet that lovely woman.
am not sure? but I think it was her David when they were going to CathyZ's was wondering about online stalkers? Ang, let me know, thought that was you guys?? sorry if I am wrong.
Now when I talk to my local friends, I just refer to you guys as my stalkers. Hey, I evolved from imaginary friends.

Nan, I'm also a new "kid" since '04,

and can very much appreciate your meeting with and becoming friends with Ang who I'd also love to meet along with you and many others. You guys have become friends just like Curious1, MarilynFL and I have. I've met with Curious twice for lunch while in Florida and we'll be doing it again soon. I'm also planning on seeing that sick puppy named MarilynFL in the next few weeks or so. No need to hide Mar, I'll FIND YOU!! - LOL

It can be a wonderful experience and I just wish that I could meet more of my fellow swappers here - just like you and Ang!

Enjoy!

That combination sounds good, by the way, if you made them together!

Oh, I see that you said you made TWO batches. Well, they both sound good, too. I love sour things, and I'm guessing the apple one might be a little tart? Let us know how they taste!

Oh darn, I see now that they were two different posts... one by Ang and one by Nan. Sorry.

I just had fresh watermelon 'tinis in LA, yummmmm

not sure how they were made, there was plain vodka, some watermelon liquor, fresh watermelon juice and he filled the shaker with cut up melon. So good!!!

yep that was us, and Sandi too. My DH worries about crazies on the internet---but if we're all

crazy, then we can all be friends. right? He changed his mind about FK friends after meeting Cathy and Nan and my visit with Sandi. I look forward to putting more notches on my travel belt in the future.

sounds like you need a shot or 2 of the vodka Dawn. LOL. I made 2 smaller bottles with seperate

flavors. I wonder how long I should let it "brew". I'm thinking it's not like using lemons or fresh fruit, where you need to let it sit for quite awhile to mellow. Maybe I'll test it tonight. I gave them both a good shake last night.

O.K. tell David it's time to stalk again, save your miles and lets hit

Florida---Curious and Marilyn, stock up on boxed wine (joke here). I will bring spot shrimp, maybe Ang has some of those salmon she killed, and will try to find some moose meat.

Febuary?
Nan

(Raising hand) Didja forget about me? 0;)

OK, what in the heck thing did I just make up there? I'm pretty sure I was going for this...;0) Wheh!

ever had moose "bacon" ?? I'll barter with my friend for some and bring it along. and

how did you know I was pretty good at "whacking" on the fishing boat? Actually, not my favorite thing----I'm good with the dipnet though.

cyclops for halloween---heeheehee. We wouldn't forget about you, or Michael or . . . lots of Fla

friends. isn't bubba in fla now?

Well, I'm not much for plain vodka, so it tastes a bit like cough syrup to me, but put it into some

sparkling pomegranite juice and it was delish.
