last night - and it was delicious, thank you. Looking forward to leftovers tonight. I didn't reduce the sugar the first time - but I will the next time.

I made it about a week ago - my husband just loves it. Which is so funny because I didn't try making it for years because he INSISTED he didn't like pot-roast:)

BTW- I often freeze leftover sauce in ice cube trays and take out as sauce for rice or potatoes.
