I had some company that doesn't eat onions and was making BB so I made the beef, then sauteed mushrooms, bacon and made Julia Child's Brown Braised pearl onions and served them on the side. People could then top their serving with whatever combo of the three toppings they wanted. This also works really well served with mashed potatoes. LOL I know, tacky, but it certainly went down good. smileys/smile.gif
