This was leftover from last Saturday's dinner, served on capellini. It was goooood. I nailed the recipe this time.

I love leftovers for breakfast!

Any one have any uses for about 1-1/2 cups leftover Puttanesca sauce?

 
What about baking some eggs in it? Or baking some chicken? Both sound good to me.

I love puttanesca and anything Vera Cruz.

 
Yes, Chicken Puttanesca, grill first and bake in the sauce, or add Nicoise olives

or herbes de Provence if they are not already in there and just serve on pasta. Depends on what kind of olives you put into the sauce. The herbs change the flavour a little and make it one of my favourite pastas. The chicken is, I believe what the Italians created the sauce for originally.
